Send Emails to Event Participants

Admins can now send custom emails directly to participants of any event — including clinics, open plays, tournaments, leagues, and classes.

From the event’s Participants tab, you can compose a message, choose which confirmed or waitlisted participants should receive it, preview the final email, and send it instantly. Each email automatically includes key event details such as date, time, and court assignment.

Every message is tracked in a dedicated Email Log inside the event, where you can monitor delivery status (sent, pending, failed, skipped) and preview the exact email that was sent.

This feature makes it easy to communicate last-minute updates, weather cancellations, schedule changes, or important instructions — all without leaving the event page.
