Membership Upgrade & Downgrade (New Feature)

You can now easily upgrade or downgrade a member’s membership directly from their profile.

This feature includes:

  • Upgrade options:

    • Apply the new plan at the next renewal date

    • Apply the change effective immediately with automatic prorated calculation

    • Schedule the change for a custom future date

  • Downgrades can be scheduled for the next billing cycle.

  • View scheduled changes in the membership tab.

  • Option to cancel a scheduled update anytime.

This update makes managing membership changes faster, clearer, and more flexible.
