Improved Families & Group Memberships

Family and group memberships are now easier to manage with a dedicated Families & Groups workflow.

What’s included:

  • New Families & Groups tab on user profiles.

  • Create families or groups with a clear Primary Member and Dependent Members.

  • Dependent memberships automatically sync with the Primary Member’s status and dates.

  • If the Primary Member’s membership is canceled or changed, dependent benefits update automatically.

  • Easy tools to add, assign, remove, or detach members from a family.

  • Clear visibility into family roles, membership type, and expiration dates.

This update makes managing family, couples, and group memberships more structured, transparent, and reliable for clubs.
