Day Selection on the Today page

The Today page is no longer just for today. Admins can now scrub backward to review yesterday's no-shows or unpaid balances, or forward to prep for tomorrow or next Saturday — all from the same page they already use to run the day.

A date navigator sits prominently at the top: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow chips for one-tap access, plus a calendar popover for any other date and ‹ › step buttons to walk day-by-day.
