Booking passes just got a major upgrade. Here's what's changed:

Coach Lesson Passes

Booking passes now work for coach lessons, not just court reservations and events. Create passes that cover private lessons, group sessions, or any service a coach offers. You can restrict a pass to specific coaches and even specific services — for example, a pass that only covers "1-Hour Private Lesson" with Coach Sarah, but not 90-minute sessions or other coaches.

Family Sharing

Members can now share their booking passes with family members. When family sharing is enabled on a pass, all linked family members draw from the same pool — no need for separate passes for each person. If a family has 10 hours of court time, anyone in the family can use them.

Automatic Pass Allocation

No more manually assigning passes. Set up allocation rules that automatically give members passes based on their membership tier. Define the schedule (weekly, monthly, etc.), how many passes to allocate, and which memberships qualify. Passes are created and assigned automatically — when a member's membership activates, renews, or changes, their passes update accordingly.

Pass Packages in the Online Store

Bundle booking passes into packages and sell them directly through your online store or POS. Create a "10-Pack of Court Bookings" or a "Beginner Bundle" with clinics and court hours, set a price, and customers can purchase them without needing a membership. Packages support deferred start dates, so buyers can choose when their passes activate.
