Auto-Cancellation for Events

We’ve just released a new feature to make event management even smoother: Auto-Cancellation.

Now, clubs can set events—like clinics and open plays—to automatically cancel if they don’t have enough participants by a chosen cutoff time (for example, 2 hours before the start). When that happens, participants are notified and refunds are processed instantly.

This feature saves admins from last-minute scrambling, keeps schedules clean, and ensures players have a clear and reliable experience.
