New Court Booking Pricing Options

We’ve added new powerful pricing tools to give clubs more control over how reservations and daily access are charged.

In addition to the previous models, you can now set up:

• Fixed price per reservation — a flat fee that doesn’t depend on duration.

• Flexible mixed pricing models — for example:

  • Non-members pay a court-per-hour rate that covers the entire court, no matter how many people they bring. Any guests are included at no extra cost.

  • However, if a member created a reservation (which can be free for them), their non-member guests would pay a certain fee (e.g., per-person per-hour or a flat guest fee).

• More flexible Day Fee rules — you decide exactly what the day fee covers.
  Clubs can choose whether the day fee applies to:

  • Court reservations

  • Participation in someone else’s reservation

  • Open Play

  • Clinics and other events
    And if the day fee applies to events, you can still charge the event fee on top of it.

These options make it easier to support different membership structures, guest policies, day-pass models, and revenue strategies — while keeping pricing simple for players and flexible for clubs.
