Membership Freeze

Clubs can now temporarily freeze a member’s membership without canceling it.

What’s included:

  • Freeze a membership for a set period or indefinitely.

  • Choose whether the freeze starts immediately or on a future date.

  • Automatically pause billing during the freeze period.

  • Automatically move the next billing date to the resume date.

  • Manually resume a frozen membership at any time.

  • Adjust the next billing date when resuming, if needed.

  • Add optional internal notes for tracking.

While a membership is frozen, the member is not charged and does not have access to membership benefits. This feature makes it easy to support temporary pauses while keeping memberships intact.
