Event Waitlist

Clubs can now enable waitlists for events that reach capacity, making it easier to fill spots when cancellations happen or capacity increases.

What’s included:

• Simple Waitlist — all waitlisted users are notified at the same time when a spot becomes available, and the first to join gets the spot.

• Sequential Waitlist — users are invited in order, in controlled groups and intervals, with priority access for those notified earlier.

• Automatic email and push notifications when spots open.

• Option to open the event to public access after the waitlist is exhausted.

• Admin controls to add, remove, or move users between the waitlist and the event.

This feature helps clubs reduce no-shows, fill popular events faster, and give players a fair chance to join when spots open up.
